Nihon no Ika Butter
Ika butter is the my one favorite Nihon (Japanese) dish. I prefer to put in a sizzling plate with additional mushroom, squid ( Ika in Japanese) and make more tasty by adding butter and other japanese condiments like sweet rice wine (Mirin). Itadai kimasu!
