Fried Tilapia with Coconut milk





  I realy like tilapia fish. A fish from fresh water like river, lake and fishpond, like in my home town we traditionaly cook the tilapia using a vinegar and diffirent spice called paksiw before they put cocounut milk. but for me i want a little crispy before i put a coconut milk so I fried it first to make it more twist.
